Marie Heart is tired of welcoming every guest to the island her great-great grandparents founded. As the owner of Heart Island Marina, her days are a never ending parade of visitors. Most are too busy with their own lives to notice the dark haired woman as they exit the ferry.

Darren Abrams noticed the dark haired beauty talking to two pedestrians fresh off the ferry. His life as a freelance photographer had allowed him to cross the county taking pictures for fun and profit. He loved his nomadic lifestyle. Or he had until the break ins began and he discovered someone was tracking every move he made.

When Marie goes with instinct and invites Darren to breakfast, she hears warning bells that lead them to find what secret Darren had captured and who was determined to ensure it never surfaced.
